Christopher Cowdray has had an impressive career that spans over 30 years in the hospitality industry; having worked globally from Australia to Singapore, Great Britain to Saudi Arabia and from Oman to South Africa. Christopher’s experience includes roles within some of the world's leading hotels such as: Al Bustan Palace, Oman and Claridges, London. In 2004, his passion for excellence and innovation led him to The Dorchester; leading one of London’s most iconic hotels as General Manager. Subsequently, in 2007, with the creation of Dorchester Collection, Mr. Cowdray was appointed Chief Executive Officer with the task of creating the ultimate luxury hotel group.

Dorchester Collection’s portfolio now includes nine of the world’s finest, most exquisite hotels in Europe and the United States, whilst seeking new opportunities and growing in key global markets.
