- You will learn how to explore innovative business opportunities and maintain a sustainable and profitable business. - In the first term, students will study Business Research Methods, Hospitality Industry Operations & Trends, and Corporate Finance & Managerial Decision Making. These modules serve as an introduction to good business decision-making. The specialist modules include Innovation Management: Transforming Ideas into Successful Businesses, and Corporate Entrepreneurship for Hospitality and Tourism. They provide students in-depth knowledge to explore new and innovative business opportunities in this growing industry. - In the second term, students will study Advanced Marketing Management & Strategy, Crisis and Risk Management: Managing in Times of Uncertainty, International Business and Negotiations, Leading Success through Human Capital, and Business Sustainability in Hospitality and Tourism. The modules have been designed to help students set up and maintain a sustainable, profitable business in the face of the sector’s challenges.
