Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Feedback guest complaints to Floor Valet – Housekeeping/ Assistant Manager promptly.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Good interpersonal skills.
Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the Travel/Hotel industry.
