Description of the job:
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to join our team and lead the team for our new pop-up in Jeddah.
You will be responsible for managing the team and overall the restaurant targets to deliver an excellent guest experience while managing profitability and guest satisfaction measures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Planning and implementing systems to maximize sales
Full staff management including training, appraisals and recruitment
Ensure health and safety legislation is being met
Reporting all day-to-day information to the office in order to prepare the payroll and be aware of all operational and HR needs are communicated.
Planning cost control measures.
Supervise Maintenance.

About you:
You will have extensive experience in people management, customer service and a full understanding of day to day operations:
Leading by example, decision making
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate across of levels
Attention to details and customer needs, Guest-oriented and service-minded
Have a Hospitality degree or any equivalence
Fluent level of English
Speaking French would be a plus
Previous management position in Middle East would be a plus
Proof of eligibility to work in Middle East
Overall, your ability to create a culture of team engagement and service excellence will be key to this role along with your aspiration to grow the business.
