Location: London Headquarters, UK

Reports to: Marketing Manager & Boutique Director at 173 NBS (dual reporting)

Contract: Full-time and permanent position.

Your role @Chanel:

  • As part of the Watch & Fine Jewellery Division within the most creative and inspiring Maison, you will have a dual reporting to the Marketing department and the flagship Boutique Director, working in collaboration with both the wider W&FJ team and the retail teams.
  • You will actively manage all customer facing e-Services for the W&FJ division and be responsible for key pillars of its implementation across a diverse array of areas: from product, client experience, reporting, analytics to retail support.


What impact you can create at Chanel:

  • Be solution oriented and client centric with a can-do approach to client requests
  • Ensuring that e-Services deliver a high standard of client service to match that of in-boutique
  • Manage Click & Collect operations from A to Z and ensure smooth functioning of service
  • Ensure boutique teams fulfil C&C orders and adhere to client journey guidelines
  • In charge of the Live Chat service during peak hours and ensure an optimal digital client experience
  • Deliver basic product and availability knowledge regarding the W&FJ collections to clients through our digital touchpoints
  • Ensure client appointments made have been followed up by the boutique and met our client experience standards
  • Be the focal point for client requests driven from CHANEL.com through Contact Us in real time 
  • Grasp an understanding of the Online Repair Tracking process & have the ability to advise clients of the process
  • Responsible for reporting on KPIs & monitoring ROI effectiveness of e-Services implemented

What you will bring to the role:

  • 1-2 years experience in a client services/marketing role
  • Demonstrate a pleasant telephone manner as well as a proficient command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent customer service skills and an understanding of Luxury retail
  • Ability to adapt and remain solution oriented whilst keeping the business pace
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting on a frequent basis
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards routine tasks
  • Excellent computer skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Salesforce experience preferred, not required
