Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is part of the global IHG family and we are seeking a Commis AND Demi Chef to join our Kitchen team on a flexible part time basis.
Working in any of our 3 state-of-the-art kitchens, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and diversify your culinary skills; creating fresh and on trend dishes in our Redsalt Restaurant, preparing delicious home-style meals in our boutique Lovedale Bar and preparing and presenting banquet dishes for the largest regional Conference Venue in NSW.
You''ll take pride in your proven ability to prepare and produce high quality food according to standard recipes, whilst supporting the Kitchen team in delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Ideally, you''ll have experience in a commercial cookery environment, and hold valid commercial cookery certifications. You''ll have strong communication skills, have good attention to detail and be effective at time management, and also be available to work nights, weekends and/or public holidays.
You must meet the legal requirements to work in Australia.
