The Guest Support Representative creates exceptional Disney experiences by turning each interaction over email, phone or live chat into a meaningful connection with our guests. Support includes resolving guest issues, assisting with product questions, managing guest accounts, and responding to fans – all from the comfort of your own home! The (Remote) Guest Support Representative role operates within the Guest Experience department (GX) of Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media (DCPI), supporting various Digital games, apps and experiences from a variety of Disney Brands. Responsibilities Provides general email and support on a daily basis that requires:
