Overnight Front Desk Agent
The Overnight Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering telephone calls from guests seeking to make or cancel hotel reservations. They greet arriving guests; assign rooms, issue keys, and collect guest payment and billing information. The Guest Services Agent must have an excellent phone personality, superior computer skills and a thorough understanding of the room types, rates and occupancy. Details make the difference and accuracy in information is an absolute necessity.
This position requires a high level of professionalism with a friendly and calm demeanor in a sometimes demanding environment. Previous experience with hotel reservations systems will be beneficial.
Requirements
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Previous Administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills
