The Pastry Sous Chef leads and manages the pastry and baker teams, supervising the quality of the production for the Restaurants, Bar, Banquets and In-Room Dining.
We are seeking individuals who have solid experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment. The Pastry Sous Chef possess strong food and beverage knowledge and the aptitude to plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Culinary department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:
