We're about to make a splash and we want you on board! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic pre-opening team with the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale. 

The new Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale is looking for a talented Guest Recognition Specialist/Group Rooms Coordinator. This hybrid role is part of the Shared Services ResCom team and is primarily responsible for the functions of Guest Recognition Specialist and Group Rooms Coordinator for Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale.  Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale will be the home hotel, however, the ability to travel and work on-site at any of the South Florida properties (as required with reasonable notice) is essential. This role reports to the Director of ResCom from the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, with on-site support in Fort Lauderdale from the Revenue Manager and Front Desk Manager. 

The new Fort Lauderdale property is part of a shared services collection that has common ownership and encompasses the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Four Seasons Hotel & Residences at The Surf Club, and Four Seasons Hotel Miami. The ability to embrace and collaborate, while aligning efficiencies with all four hotels is essential.   

This hotel will have a residential component. Prior experience in a mixed-use residential hotel is preferred.

  • The ideal candidate will have an integral role in our Guest Recognition effort and our ability to deliver exceptional levels of intuitive service with every guest, every stay at every property. This global focus positions Four Seasons as the brand that knows our guests best and is the leader for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service.  

  • This key role will be responsible for all room Reservations aspects for groups, to monitor and manage group room blocks with the Resort inventory; as well as ensure group contractual obligations are met and group contacts, Sales Managers, Conference Service Managers, Operational Departments, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of ResCom are updated on all communication regarding group blocks.
