The role of the Guest Room Attendant
Clean guest rooms to exacting standards. Follows the set number of guest rooms to clean during each shift; cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room. Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, etc. Interact with guests making them feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality; accommodating any special requests.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
We are seeking individuals who have solid experience as a Guest Room Attendant in a luxury hotel.
Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Solid communication and organizational skills
Passion for service
Proficient in Excel and Word
Strong interpersonal and team player skills
Highest level of integrity and work ethic
