Four Seasons Hotel Boston is looking for a Full Time Guest Services Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience. The Guest Services Attendant is a part of a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our guests.  The Guest Services Attendant works directly with the Front Office Team to ensure the guest arrival process is welcoming and inviting to all of our guests.

Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: 

  • Seeks out opportunities for guest-centric experiences for the guests with all their arrival and departure needs. 

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, valet parking and ease into their experience with the Front Desk.  

  • Assisting guests get their luggage up to their room. 

  • Acquainting guests with the amenities in their room as well as the hotel.  

  • Working with current bell and door staff to fill in the gaps where needed.  

  • Assisting Valet to park cars in the garage as needed. 

  • Assisting in getting taxies for our guests.  

  • Assisting as the house car driver during peak times.  

  • Oversee and implement Hotel Guest Experience initiatives and ideas consistently working to enhance and maintain our guests' expectations.  



Successful candidate will have the below qualities: 

  • Previous experience in a luxury setting 

  • Previous experience driving a vehicle for a luxury hotel. 

  • Ability to think outside the box when it comes to offerings for our guests.  

  • Proven experience creating memorable experiences for guests. 

  • General understanding of five star service standards
