- Drives the product fulfilment development, coordination and execution efforts for different sales channels under Sales and Distribution Marketing to achieve sales goals
- Represents sales team to work with other internal partners to enable and coordinate smooth backend logistics for all these products, such as setup on different systems along the sales and fulfillment process, wordings on guest facing materials (e.g. vouchers and coupons), communicate essential information to supporting/operations teams, etc.
- Handle business analysis and prepare different sales reports with analytics tools
- Design booking and fulfillment workflows for novel products and offers, in partnership with different internal partners (such as Sales Services, Ticketing Services, Finance, Park/Hotel Operations)
- Provide recommendations for continuous business improvement
- Handle ad-hoc project to support Sales and Distribution Marketing team
- Degree in any related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales operations or other relevant internal coordination roles
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work with people at all levels
- Highly structured and attentive to details
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
