Main objective is to ensure XML / AIF clients integration, at all steps for XML life cycle (implementation, maintenance, expansion, optimization).At a Glance
XML dept operates in a critical part of the business, since >80% of business transactions goes via the XML link. The XML link is simply the essential/vital part to make the business happen.
Provide support to our customers throughout the development process of integrating our XML/AIF in different systems.
Optimize our Current clients with specific technical actions (errors, sorting, configuration, request model, version upgrade, etc.) and with other departments/teams (Client Optimization, Sales, Product, etc.). E.g. New products (Opaque, Liberate, TAB, Binding, etc.) , product mapping or IT (system performance & network performance)
Collaborate with our different departments and clients providing them support and valuable information to make our business grow and optimize our Client’s processes.
Managing the cases-workload of his/her portfolio of clients and providing guidance on the resolution, direct management of all cases. Liaising with IT platforms’ integrations, in order to allow the XML to operate.
Supporting sales teams by assessing possible challenges to allow for clients’ integrations and ensuring qualitative integration in the shortest time possible. This includes also visiting key clients IT/commercial teams, as a critical role to support/allow business to happen
Managing/escalating critical technical issues either with clients or Hotelbeds IT
Checking XML Analytics in order to operate possible necessary changes with clients (future trend, expected to grow, errors, improvements, etc.)
Client setup in atlas and keep updated all technical information related with clients in Salesforce
Clients IT issues in implementing the XML / AIF, incl. at certification level / managing errors / implementation of new features/modules and products
Manage critical business IT errors, in urgent context
