About the Role:


An opportunity has arisen for a Cluster Coordinator to join our Sales department in Jumeirah at Etihad Towers and Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:


  • Prepare and communicate daily, weekly or monthly reports as required such as arrival list, HIS weekly report, monthly production report, etc.
  • Coordinate assigned sales activities such as sales meetings and site inspection support
  • Process necessary paperwork for entertainment and complimentary bookings for familiarization trips, site inspections and client meetings
  • Raise and monitor Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for Sales and Marketing projects and activities such as dues and subscriptions for brochure support, collateral material production, advertising, branding, etc.
  • Prepare rate contracts per segment i.e. Wholesale Leisure and GCC, Corporate and Consortia RFPs as appropriate
  • Prepare and send communication to tour operators and travel agencies regarding contracted rates, offers and promotions and other updates on a regular basis
  • Assist Sales Managers in hosting client events, familiarization trips, and site inspections such as preparing the venue and event workflow
  • Record and manage Sales & Marketing attendance and vacation plans as well as the business calendars
  • Manage office supplies and equipment and maintain stocks of stationeries, collaterals and corporate giveaways
  • Maintain accurate and orderly filing system  

About you:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Successfully completed recognized High School
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service related industry
  • At least 1 year in a Coordinator position or secretary role
  • High level of written and verbal business English
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in DELPHI and PMS Opera system
  • Preferably Arabic speaker
