This December, The Carlton Tower, Jumeirah will reopen its doors after an extensive renovation of the iconic London hotel.

As when the hotel was first opened, the new vision will challenge tradition while remaining faithful to its heritage and architectural legacy. The re-launch will reveal signature interiors combined with exquisite facilities and service standards crafted to show the famed Jumeirah hospitality at its very best.

To manage the Room Service Department in the most efficient and effective manner, according to the established standards of performance and consistent with the departmental policies and procedures, Jumeirah International Hallmarks and Guiding Principles.

Requisiti

• Able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities
• Be passionate and pro-active in all areas of guest service delivery
• Have an extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu
• Have experience of working within fast-paced environment
• Be able to maximise the profit within the outlet
• Generate new ideas for service and products that will maintain a
competitive edge
• Creativity and Out of the box thinking in creating guest amenities
• Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Key Duties:
• Ensure a smooth, efficient and high service focused operation where the
satisfaction of all guests is paramount
• Manage, motivate and develop all Room Service colleagues to achieve
highest levels of service excellence as well as highly positive colleague
relations
• To control and project strong and seamless interdepartmental coordination
with all other F&B outlets, their managers and colleagues
• To handle guest relations including complaints, requests and enquiries
concerning food, beverage and service.
• To have complete knowledge of all areas of the Room Service Department
including food and beverage menu
• To supervise the preparation and service of all Guest orders, ensuring
efficient quality control of the delivery of all items
• To take special care in checking the preparation of VIP gifts.
• To liaise with Reception for the allocation of rooms, and arrival of VIP
guests.
• To make contact with VIP guests on arrival to check their special food and
beverage requests.
