We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry based at Kery Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry, we rely on you to:
- Maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in all sections of Pastry kitchen, according to the standards required by the management
- Meet guests and solicit feedback on quality of food and presentation
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness all around the Kitchen to maintain standard of food safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipments
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in an international hotel
- Strong leadership skills & excellent interpersonal skills
- Dedication and strong belief of upholding the importance of Food Safety & Hygiene
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
