- To always act and perform according to LPM standards.
- To be an active member during service hours on participating in the operations.
- To supervise and be in charge of the pastry area in the kitchen.
- To be in charge of baking our bread as per LPM standards.
- To ensure that all food waste during food preparations are kept to a minimum.
- To ensure that operating and kitchen equipment is maintained to a good standard with minimum breakage.
- To ensure kitchen and food preparation areas are left clean and sanitised when unattended.
- To always ensure an excellent guest experience.
- To successfully follow daily duties and role responsibilities.
- To ensure team cohesion, help and support to be brought to all team members.
- To respond quickly and positively to changes within your job role, showing flexibility.


The ideal candidate needs to have:
● A culinary arts certificate
● A bakery, pastry qualifications
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the culinary field
● Previous successful experience in a similar position
● English – excellent oral and written
● Attention to details, speed and accuracy
● Willing to take on responsibility and able to delegate tasks efficiently.
● Mentoring and training skills
● A Positive working attitude
● Interpersonal skills
● Leadership
● Team player
● Organizational time and management
● Stress management
● Problem-solving and creative thinking
● Familiarity with kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
● Must be able to calculate basic food costings.

LPM Restaurant and Bar

LPM, the home of French Mediterranean cuisine with locations in London, Dubai, Miami, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong and soon Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).

LPM is first and foremost food-driven and ingredient-led. Fresh and light French Mediterranean inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.

The menu also includes many classic non-Mediterranean and some inspired Ligurian dishes typical of "Cuisine Niçoise"​ from whole roast baby chicken to gnocchi with fresh tomatoes. The menu, designed for sharing amongst the table, is complemented by a substantial French wine list that includes an extensive selection from Provence.

LPM’s authentic cuisine perfectly blends with the ambience of each of its locations, which are renowned for a pared back environment reminiscent of the Cote d’Azur, framed in a light colour palette with accents of fine linens and marble. At all their restaurants, their gorgeous interiors features the same touches with eclectic art and occasional "Belle Epoque"​ accessories.
