LUX* Tea Horse Road Dali is situated along the ancient passageway once stretched almost 1,400 miles across, in the tea-growing region of Yunnan Province, to Lhasa, the almost 12,000-foothigh capital of Tibet. One of the highest, harshest trails in Asia, it marched up out of China’s verdant valleys, traversed the windstripped, snow-scoured Tibetan Plateau, sliced into the mysterious Nyainqentanglha Mountains in Shangri-La into the holy Tibetan city. The resort will house about 170 rooms and is projected to open in the first quarter of 2021.

The Director of Sales & Marketing will play a key role in leading, coordinating, developing and implementing all sales, marketing and communication strategies for LUX* Tea Horse Road Dali in order to increase property awareness and visibility in China and globally.

The job incumbent will be responsible to maximise business opportunities through appropriate commercial initiatives subsequently contributing to growing the revenue of the resort.

The Director of Sales & Marketing will report to the General Manager and will work in close collaboration with the Senior Vice President- Commercial while supporting the LUX* Cast in China.

Requisiti

QUALIFICATIONS
Tertiary education at Degree level from a recognised institution majoring in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or Tourism Management or Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
拥有酒店管理、餐旅管理、旅游管理或工商管理专业的高等教育本科学历,或被相关机构认可的同等学历。
Postgraduate qualifications in Management or related fields would be a definite advantage.
管理或相关领域的研究生学历优先。
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
A minimum of 15 years of working experience at managerial level with luxury international hospitality brands.
至少15年国际奢华酒店管理经验。
A minimum of 3 years of working experience as General Manager in a luxury branded resort.
至少3年奢华品牌酒店总经理工作经验。
A minimum of 5 years of working experience in mainland China.
至少5年在中国大陆的工作经验。
Excellent command of Hospitality and preferably in Food & Beverage service management.
良好的酒店和餐饮服务管理能力。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Excelling in driving and taking ownership of all aspects of including pre-opening and post-opening of hotels.

Extensive knowledge of the local market and domestic tourism in Dali/Yunnan region and vicinity.
