Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Boutique business to ensure Boutique objectives are met
- Create a clear and positive vision for the Boutique that in line with the Company and develop strategic & ambitious professional goals for the staff to follow
- Monitor Boutique’s P&L performance, minimize loss, asset protection and risk management
- Lead the Boutique to increase client flow and maximize recruitment opportunities
- Encourage and promote clientele in the Boutique to ensure the highest level of client experience is delivered and consistently maintained
- Serve as a Brand ambassador to develop client network and represent the Boutique to create Brand desirability
- Lead the team to establish and maintain strong, trusty and long-term relationships with important clients
- Coordinate in-store events which include seasonal sales, trunk shows etc. and participate in the events outside the Boutique
- Delegate the job to the team in an efficient and effective manner
- Manage the team with constructive & qualitative feedback, coaching and identify the training needs of the staff
- Identify manpower needs, recruit and retain talents for the right manpower mix
- Understand individual career aspiration as well as potentials for people development
- Review the organizational structure and develop successors for key positions
- Create a good team spirit, encourage and promote curiosity, diversity & collaboration and enhance synergies of the Boutique
- Coordinate retail activities with internal departments including Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Client Development in order to synergize the needs of all departments for achieving common corporate objectives
- Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store are in Dior standard
- Guarantee all the internal procedures & guidelines are in line with Dior requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or university graduate from Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 8 years at managerial level in luxury retail industry
- Target-oriented and client focus
- Strategic thinking and well organized
- Capability to drive for results and deliver excellence
- Entrepreneurial spirit and able to embrace change
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and passionate in luxury fashion industry
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, other language is an advantage
