We are looking for a Line Cook I for our Main Kitchen that services In Room Dining, Pool & Beach, and MOBar. Incumbent should have a minimum of 4-5 year’s culinary experience, preferably in a luxury property. Candidate must have excellent knife skills; strong grill station knowledge; food knowledge (i.e.: proteins temperature, butchery), as well as knowledge of proper sanitation practices. Incumbent must also be able to set up and break down work station at the beginning and end of shift. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. This is a full-time position only.
The Cook I is responsible for, but not limited to, assisting the other members of the Kitchen Leadership team to quickly and efficiently execute the high volume of food production.
The Cook I will report directly to the Chef de Cuisine.
