Cosa comprende il lavoro

• Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and Accor standards
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene at all times
. Responsible for ensuring the guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel’s
facilities, including the Spa therapies like Swedish, cold stone therapy
Vietnamese massage ,thai massage,foot reflexology...
. Ensure all work procedures are carried out as per HACCP standards
• Ensure all guest issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term
improvements in products and services

• To report for duty punctual, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all
times.
• To attend briefings and meetings as requested.
• To have a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies and procedures.
• To ensure that wastage of cleaning materials is kept to a minimum and
cleared as required.
• To attend all training scheduled programs, even if this should fall outside
your regular working hours.
