Head of Brand & Experience – LEGOLAND

We are looking for a Head of Brand & Experience to join our Global LEGOLAND Brand team, responsible for driving business and brand growth through a brand strategy & communications & event plan.
Your ideas will be compelling and brand relevant driving consumers to visit a LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, driving consumer satisfaction KPIs and an increase in our guest numbers!
You’ll be a determined leader with a passion for LEGO and an understanding of what children want from our attractions, You will become the key counsel on the LEGOLAND Discovery Centre experience from product development (alongside our amazing Merlin Magic Making product experience team).
Developing and managing the brand identity, guidelines and brand cornerstones will be with you in this exciting role as you become the Brand Ambassador for LEGOLAND Discovery Centre.
Creativity is at the forefront of this role as we will be looking for you to be an expert in creating compelling LEGOLAND Discovery Centre consumer events resulting in us exceeding our satisfaction KPIS!
- You will have substantial brand management experience, preferably in a global role.
- Passionate about delivering a world class brand experience, you will naturally have a love for LEGO!
- You will be experienced in influencing & persuading stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- We’d love to hear about your experience of identifying brand issues & opportunities to manage and develop brand identity, guidelines and communications.
- Experience of developing briefs, managing agencies and external partners and implementing resulting actions to time and to budget is a must.
- You will be skilled in analysing data and research to uncover and test insight.
- Previous experience in a regional or global role would be preferable.
