Your responsibilities as illy Coffee Shop Manager will include:

- Perform all duties connected with day to day effective running of the Coffee Shop operation

- Ensuring guest satisfaction and food and beverage profitability by supervising the day to day operation of the department and its staff

- Be able to maintain a 4* customer service experience and meet brand standards

- Manage the team members in their day to day tasks and to build team morale   

The ideal illy Coffee Shop Manager will:

- Have proven experience as coffee specialist

- Have strong management skills

- Capable of preparing coffee to latte art standard

- Proven experience as coffee trainer / coach in previous job

- Understanding of work related food hygiene / health and safety

- Ability to inspire the team and drive quality of coffee service

- Be passionate about exceeding guest expectations

- Have Experience in a high volume food and beverage department/outlet

- Has a strong understanding of food and beverage service techniques

- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
