The Restaurant Captain is responsible for the Service Team (back office and front line). Minimum 3 years experience in similar position. Buffet service and A La Carte service required. Events, banquets and Bars experience. English language in professional terminology.
The Restaurant Manager needs to follow the Radisson Blu Brand Standards, and to train the new/existing team members. He/she needs to be service oriented, offering genuine hospitality.

Some of the service staff daily tasks that he/she needs to train the team are:
Offer professional restaurant service to the guests.
Prepare restaurant, tables, buffets.
Set up Bar station, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to Bar guests according to hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Take food & beverage orders and collect payments where specified. Maintain stock/supplies as well as cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment while serving products of the highest quality.
