Business Partner / Loyalty Program Manager EMEA 

Your mission: 

The Radisson Rewards program is a key commercial driver for the global business. The "Business Partner / Loyalty Program Manager EMEA" is responsible for setting the strategy for how the EMEA theater leverages loyalty to achieve its annual targets. The manager must ensure the plan aligns to the broader Global Loyalty strategy, execute the strategy, and manage the relationship between all involved stakeholders. 

Your key roles and responsibilities: 

  • Develop, manage and execute a strategy to grow the loyalty associated revenue, number of members acquired and member engagement for B2C and B2B loyalty programs in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) 
  • Develop KPI’s that are in line with the global strategy and have a strong understanding of the guest journey activities that influence the guest decisions in the booking process 
  • Act as a liaison person representing loyalty at both internal and external level and proactively develop a strong relationship with involved stakeholders in all areas to ensure alignment and garner support for loyalty initiatives 
  • Represent the voice of the loyalty program with its initiatives in the theaters and be the key contact person for the hotels to ensure hotels deliver on the loyalty team’s goals and objectives 
  • Act as the key contact person for PPHE and Edwardian hotels 
  • Contribute to and oversee the developments and implementations of new loyalty programs/practices and monitor the progress by executing performance reporting and level presentations on a regular basis 
  • Work closely with the EMEA commercial and marketing teams to develop and deploy campaigns that effectively and successfully integrate the loyalty program and the theater-based brands/objectives by using member database and promotion loyalty pool 
  • Creates and manages updates of program communication plan calendar in collaboration with the areas and marketing. Ensures all contributors have updated content to accurately reflect marketing execution
  • Identify new trends, provide market insights, customer intelligence and competitive research to enhance the value proposition and support broader marketing communication and acquisition efforts 
  • Provide briefing for media planning and activation to ensure the Rewards business objectives are supported in most efficient way Provide in-depth reporting and drive loyalty brand standards compliance, loyalty associated revenue and enrolments at hotels in close collaboration with HR through training & webinars 
  • Participate in personalization and customer journey initiatives to augment overall experience across all touch points 
  • Liaise with RevOps and pricing teams to ensure member specific benefits reflect evolving customer needs and sustain profitability whilst driving long-term loyalty 
  • Support with customer lifetime value analysis, segmentation and persona development to improve targeting capabilities and relevant messaging 


Job requirements and qualifications: 




  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Hotel Management 
  • 7+ years of experience managing senior client relationships with a proven record of interfacing with all levels of an organization 
  • Fluent in English. Additional language(s) are a plus 
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience marketing for hotels and / or the operational deployment of marketing initiatives in Hotels an asset 
  • An understanding of how loyalty programs utilize their currency and member data to change consumer behavior an asset 
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate 
  • The ability to develop and deliver senior-level ready material
