CARTIER CRC - BUSINESS EXCELLENCE & TRAINING SPECIALIST 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and present onboarding and training tools:

  • Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of training for employees that maintain or improve job skills, including onboarding and development
  • Use various formats for training, including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
  • Create and update training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, including attendance, results of assessments, and retraining requirements
  • Perform other related duties as required


Partner to evaluate, assess, and track program success:

  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with Managers, Instructors, and Ambassadors.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
  • Test training materials prepared by instructors
  • Prepare and implement training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses


Educate and lead on industry best practices for training:

  • Maintain knowledge of the latest technology and studies in training and development
  • Conduct direct and indirect competitor analysis for inspiration
  • Listen in to calls, read email and chat transcripts to understand how our team falls next to compeitions/best in class comparisions


JOB PROFILE

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field preferred


Required Experience: 

  • 3+ years of training experience preferred
  • Experience working with a multi-cultural organization


Technical Skills / Abilities:

  • Adept with a variety of training platforms, methods, and multimedia
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
  • Qualitative and quantitative business analysis skills
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts


Personal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey ideas and instructions to staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fast-learning and quickly adaptable to new information and environments
