MAIN PURPOSE
Deals with the product marketing & management by supporting Product Manager through animation and action plan follow up on the Jewelry or Watch/Leather & Acc. product lines in order to meet product portfolio target and sales objective
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare for product launches in line with product strategy
- Sales forecast preparation thru data gathering, assortment & sales forecast proposal
- Launch preparation thru competitor survey, pricing, product news, stock allocation
- Follow up annual planning of novelty launch
- Novelty sales tracking including post-launch measurement
- Action plan & incentive promotion follow up to reach sales target on a monthly and annual basis
- Sales analysis & tracking, Incentive distribution, Sales result summary
- Responsible for sales analysis & report and stock monitoring
- Weekly sales reports on focus product & projects for monitoring
- Prepare for monthly & yearly marketing sales report
- Monthly sales meeting data consolidation
- Performs sales & stock analysis by product & by network on monthly basis and upon the need
- Reviews WEB collaboration and CARAT (assortment) proposed by merchandising team and shares comments based on sales trend & strategy
- Provide necessary data for event & meeting preparation
- Monitors market and competitors trends, studies & identifies market opportunities
- Provides data for research on competitors’ analysis & price positioning survey
- Liaises & interfaces with local departments (Merchandising, CRS, PR & Comm., Boutiques…)
- Works closely with merchandiser, VM, PR & Comm., and CRS team
- Gathers and analyses the qualitative feedback from boutiques
- Monitors product quality and reports to HQ
- Manages tools dedicated to Sales
- Maintains Tariff books and mapping books following prices changes and product ranges evolution
- Responsible for various sales materials preparation upon the need
- Sales accessory management
- Stock management
- Consignment stock management
- Product quality issue report
- Handling quality issue related to client with TC & CS
- Administers Special Orders : forwards demands, communicates quotes, creates reference and guarantees delivery
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or same level
- 3 or more years of marketing/retail related work experience
- Excellent analytical and organization skill with strong numeric sense and attention to detail
- High competency in MS office use : Excel, PowerPoint
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent English both in spoken and written
