- Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactory.
- Train associates on order taking, menu knowledge, proper selling and techniques.
- Maintain constant supervision of associates regards to performance, product knowledge and grooming.
