Sales Executive
Join us as a reactive Sales Executive and become a valued team member of Sofitel London St James.  If you are passionate about exceptional guest experience in a luxury environment, this is the ideal opportunity.  You will be responsible for handling groups and events sales from converting the enquiry, through to the planning and co-ordination on the day.  If this role sounds like your next move, we can?t wait to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

As Sales Executive, you will:

  • Provide the highest level of customised service and attention to detail in order to deliver a truly exceptional service for all clients.
  • Have a passion for sales, to include effective enquiry handling of groups and events, preparation of proposals, negotiation and conversion of business, maximising yield and profitability.
  • The Sales Executive is the Ambassador of the ?Art de recevoir? and creates a truly personalised experience in the best tradition of French service and style.
  • Be an active member of the team to ensure the hotel achieves budgeted revenues in Events and Group sales

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for sales
  • Knowledge of Delphi or similar system
