The Role…

Reporting to the Development Director for UK & Europe (and ultimately to the Managing Director of Global Development), the individual will assume responsibility for the successful day to day site management of selected UK and European hospitality projects.

The role will offer full project cycle experience on a range of projects, working with an experienced development team on the delivery of high-quality designs in exceptional buildings / locations across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time on-site engaging with consultant and contractor teams to ensure projects are delivered; on programme, on budget and to excellent quality levels. They will play a leading role in ensuring the projects are delivered in an efficient manner and that all Soho House delivery objectives are implemented in full.

Main Duties…

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate the in-house design team(s) with the project consultant team(s), contractor(s) and other project stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered to agreed programme, budget and quality standards.

The individual can rely on support from an experienced development team, but is expected to be a self-starter, motivated and capable of working autonomously. The role will offer an exceptional opportunity to deliver high quality interior design led hospitality projects.
