The Role…

As UK Revenue Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Revenue and Reservations Team in developing, driving and managing the revenue strategy for all UK properties, exceeding accommodation budgets across all sites.

Main Duties…

  • Daily management of pick-up reports and daily revenue reports — reviewing of rates, comp set performance, inventory and price management. Updating rates/offers as per revenue strategy.
  • To ensure all rates/offers are loaded in all systems and are bookable, in line with revenue strategy.
  • Monitor STR data, OTA Insight, Revenue Insight on a daily/monthly basis. With the view to develop a solid understanding of each Houses’ comp set and market performance, continually ensuring Soho House bedrooms are priced competitively.
  • Responsible for managing all Group and Corporate bookings in London, from enquiry stage to contracting, in line with service SLAs.
  • Promote positive relations with guests and employees by displaying a polite and professional attitude at all times.
  • Remain calm, polite and focused at all times, especially during peak periods, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as requested.
  • To undergo any training needed to achieve the above responsibilities.
  • Assist in other duties as deemed necessary by the Head of Revenue/Reservations Manager.
  • Assist the Head of Revenue/Reservations Manager with daily reporting and system maintenance.
  • Maintain daily and proactive communication with (but not limited to) Directors, LRO, GMs, House Managers, Reservations Teams, Reception Teams, Rooms Division, Accounts and Communications Team.
  • Maintain an open line of communication between guests, team members, and management
