- To lead & motivate the Banqueting kitchen team to provide consistently exceptional food & service
- To oversee, monitor & improve the kitchen operation & services to deliver high quality food and maximize business potential & profitability
- To act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers and Colleagues
- To mobilize & inspire kitchen colleagues and build high performing teams in order to achieve business goals & service standards
- To manage a clean & efficient kitchen to produce “5 star” quality food and deliver operational excellence to maximise business profit
- To drive operational improvement and increase guest satisfaction across the kitchen
- To ensure inspirational communication with guests, suppliers & colleagues
