Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, TGC Hospitality. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.
Audit, balance and report on the various areas of the hotel (e.g. food & beverage outlets, rooms/front desk, gift shop, etc.) to provide accurate, timely information and to ensure TGC and Hotel policies and procedures are followed and to prevent fraud.
Perform the duties of a Front Desk Clerk including express checkouts. Audit, balance and prepare, verify and report on Room information to provide rooms management with a picture of how they are performing. Post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc. to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
