Purpose of Role
Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of restaurant daily operations in order to meet and exceed customer needs and business requirements; while ensuring adherence to service standards and operating procedures.
Responsibly Description
§ Supervise and inspect restaurant opening and close duties.
§ Assign duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.
§ Demonstration Whatever/Whenever attitude when responding to guest
request.
§ Assist in training needs identification and training plan development.
§ Provide coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that
service standards are followed
§ Motivate Talent to bring about excellent performance, enforce discipline as a role model of their performance.
