Cosa comprende il lavoro

Food and Beverage Rotational Trainee:

In this position you will rotate through different Food and Beverage areas and will be be responsible of:

-Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
-Set tables according to type of event and service standards. -Answer questions on menu selections.
-Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, the length of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability.
-Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.

All advanced participants will have the opportunity to assist the management team to develop leadership skills.

**Wage is $5/ hour plus tips. Participant is guaranteed to make at least minimum wage of $10.10 per hour.

-Hospitality relatied Diploma and Prior customer service and hospitality experience is helpful.
-Provide warm and friendly service to guests
-Be a team player willing to learn and grow
-Be able to work under pressure -High organizational skills and be able to prioritize activities
