You will assist the F&B Manager in the day to day operations of the Restaurant, Bar and C&B departments and deputize in his absence. You will be involved in the end of month, stocks, purchasing and control procedures and assist with the staff rotas.

You will have the opportunity to work in a team of highly skilled individuals, matched only by the amount of fun that they can be and the passion they have. Not one day would be the same and you will surely be taught many things that will, along with your own ideas, contribute greatly to create awesome memories and experiences for our guests but also your colleagues.

We would love you to be pro-active, curious, creative and have a great sense of humour. You enjoy learning yourself whilst developing and teaching the members of your team.
