Minimum 2 years experience at the same positions in 5 stars international hotel chain
Vocational diploma or degree in hospitality at a hospitality studies management school
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language and other language would be a plus
Work Experience
Helps the Welcomer Manager organise and manage the team, perform administrative tasks and coordinate with the other departments
Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay
Motivates and drives the team to meet the department's quantative targets
