Job Description
  • Meeting the needs of secured conference business from compilation of event order to onsite management event and appropriate follow up after function.
  • Achieve a level of service quality and professionalism that consistency meets and preferably exceeds the expectations of guests.
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the department through adequate and timely supply of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure neat, clean and functionality operating outlets are presented at all time.


Work Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at Banquet Manager position in 4 or 5 star properties.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Flexible and creative
  • Patience and self control
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Able to manage the operation, provide training and procedure
  • Administrative and HR related tasks
  • Good command in English written and oral
