Job Description

An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Barback to be part of an iconic London Opening.

Reporting into Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the bar is always cleaned, fully stocked tough out the service and after, and support the bartender refiling the bar. And the breakages records are kept always updated. Polishing cutlery and supporting the floor team with daily duties.

Specifically as the Barback:

• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

• Dedication to the job.
• Can do attitude.
•  Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
• Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned including working in a different department or restaurant, than usually assigned.
