VALET/GUEST SERVICES ATTENDANT - PART TIME

A smile and helping hand in what our guests will experience as you personally greet them on their arrival. As Valet/Guest Services Attendant, your knowledge of the hotel and the professionalism you display will create a sense of 'welcome' for every guest

What you will be doing:

  • Greeting guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, opening car doors for arriving and departing guests
  • Assist guests during their stay with valet, luggage, and room deliveries
  • Manage receiving and retrieving guest vehicles
  • Control bell storage area; issue and receive claim tickets for baggage storage and retrieval
  • Assist with group transportation
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding hotel features, services, and assistance

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Must hold proper authorization to work in the US

Your team and working environment:

  • Fast-paced and highly engaging
  • Guest oriented; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and professional presentation
