Accor Hospitality Services delivers our world class hotel offerings & un-rivalled service levels in environments not confined by the walls of a hotel.  We are revolutionary in our thinking and we are revolutionising the meaning of hospitality.  We are searching for our lead Revolutionist to join our Hospitality Services team in the position of Director of Hospitality, based within our Clients Head Office at Martin Place, Sydney with an industry leading salary package designed to attract the very best!  Reporting to the General Manager of Operations - NSW, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Hospitality experts in the curation of outstanding experiences for tenants, visitors & stakeholders alike.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the day to day operations of Accor’s service provision to our clients customers, achieving the required service standards that are of a 5 star hotel equivalent within a Corporate Office environment
  • Responsibility over the strategic development of Accor’s service provision, within a highly service driven environment with the desire to pioneer a service model that has not yet been created or envisioned anywhere else within Australia;
  • Represent Accor, its brand and promise as the key point of contact for our Client ensuring that assigned KPI’s are delivered.

 

What we need from you: 

  • Strong passion for people, leading the curation of experiences for others and leading within a premium service environment;
  • Leadership experience within hospitality environments comparable to an F&B Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Hotel Manager or General Manager;
  • Demonstrated experience & outcomes in driving customer experiences..
