Job Description
  • Handles the guests of the hotel as directed by Front Office Manager.
  • Assists in VIP’s arrival & departure. Performs special services for VIP Guest’s.
  • Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as front office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behaviour.
  • Checks on registration cards of arriving guests and ensures all information should be filled on each cards either by Ambassadors or the guests.
  • Keep updated during the high occupancy periods, regarding: walk-in guests and release room blocked because of no-shows.
  • Co-ordinates with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.
  • Operates the Front Office computer system
  • Handles guest complaints and other related problems and reports on the Manager’s log book.
  •  Answers guests inquires, handles complaints and attend to the needs of the guests.
  • Responsible for Front Office operation.

Work Experience
  • At least 1 year experience in the same position in other 5 star hotels
  • Problem solving skill, good interpersonal skill, customer service oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English
  • Opera Hotel system skill is a must
