1.Be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of whole Food & Beverage Department. To ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guest expectations. To achieve departmental goals, in terms of guest satisfaction， financial targets, associates training and high associate morale.
2.To ensure preparation of management team duties and roster are accurate which can fulfill operational need.
3.To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management team accordingly.
4.To motivate all employees of the department and to encourage consistent job performance.
5.To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
1.Background in food & beverage with at least 10 years of working in leadership experience，luxury background prefer
2.Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service
3.Analytical and numerical skills.
4.Ability to express effective written and verbal communication.
5.Good English skills, both spoken and written.
6.Strong leadership and organizational skills.
7.With a good work ethic and professionalism.
