To ensure preparation of management team duties and roster are accurate which can fulfill operational need.
To ensure all standard operating procedures and regulations are being adhered to, by training all team members and monitoring their compliance.
To receive and resolve guest complaints related to F&B service recovery process.
To ensure the objectives and goals of company and property owners work together to achieve brand positioning and success.
To assist GM/HMin key R&B capital projects, customer service and refurbishment.
To monitor R&B maintenance progress and FF&E (Furniture, Furnishings and Equipment) conditions and provide status report to GM.
To perform sudden audits on R&B and other operating areas.
