An exciting opportunity has become available for a Hotel Equipment Services Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the Hotel Equipment Services (HES) structure in the Pacific, and to run the functions related to FF&E procurement and installation programs in support of new builds and refurbishments, with the objective of delivering the project as per the hotel opening program, within budget, adhering to brand standards and designer specifications, while achieving operational functionality.


Getting to know the role and your responsibilities

  • Study and review of the architectural and designer drawings, to assess the FF&E and OS&E requirements 
  • Specify, procure and deliver items for prototype rooms
  • Conduct tender process, including sourcing and identifying suppliers, costing, and finalisation of specifications with suppliers
  • Prepare RFP documentation, undertake analysis of tender responses, and make recommendation for supplier selection
  • Manage the purchasing aspects of all FF&E and OS&E (supplier and order management) and secure procurement solutions
  • Communicate progress to all stakeholders throughout duration of the project, and raise any risks that have been identified
  • Ensure coordination between suppliers/vendors, operations, builders and other parties 
  • Monitor and supervise the project execution process onsite to ensure completion of the project within specified timeframes and in accordance with the approved design so as to meet Accor brand standards, and owner's satisfaction
  • Achieve operational objectives by determining system and process improvements, and implementing change


What we need from you

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FF&E and OS&E processes, such as, budget creation, specification, tendering, supply, logistics and installation of equipment
  • Confident in project and process management
  • Tertiary education in Project Management, Business or Business Administration or Construction related field 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs – Project Management / Project Financial Tracking Software an advantage.
