Manager on shift to oversee the running of the Hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager. Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, whilst ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property. Overseeing, all departments in the Hotel and assist where needed.
Outside of office hours the Hotel Operation is the responsibility of the Duty Manager (Night Manager). Ensuring that service standards are maintained in these areas, safety of our guests, profitability maximized and customer’s needs met. Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel’s trading, including the checking and preparation of reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift.
Previous Front Office Supervisory experience or Retail Supervisor experience
Full Drivers license
