Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un(e) Apprenti(e) Gouvernant(e) H/F
Description du poste
Rattaché(e) à la Gouvernante Générale, vous aurez pour principales missions:
- Effectuer le contrôle des chambres
- Assurer la supervision des équipes
- Participation à la formation continue du personnel
- Accueillir et gérer les différentes demandes de clients
Qualifications
Étudiant(e) en Hôtellerie
- Vous avez un bon niveau en anglais
- Excellent relationnel
- Capacité d'adaptation, organisation, rigueur, sens du détail
