Job Description
What you’ll do
We are looking for a pastry intern to be part of the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head of Pastry, you will:
Produce bakery goods of the highest quality and standard, using authentic methods and techniques, shaping by hand, and always one step ahead of industry trends; you’ll be a key part of a winning team that creates truly exceptional dining experiences.
Craft a range of breads, rolls, baguettes, bun dough, scones, laminate dough, pastry and cakes with creativity and flair, developing delicious combinations of taste and texture.
Continuously develop and innovate the product range, you’ll work with our Head Baker on ideas and techniques which make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment.
Make sure our operation run without hitch, our service preparation is smooth, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
Working to tight deadlines, you’ll rise to the challenge with a positive attitude and approach
