Job Purpose
•Assist Finance Team to file the documents.

Primary Responsibilities
•File system keeper in accounting department. Responsible for printing, binding, copying and storing paper documents (hard copies) as well as refreshing the data in computer system and later in hard copies filing system
•Coordinate special events / tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

•University students with finance academic background and related internship experience
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel in particular);
•Systematic and detailed at job;
•Good team-working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team;
•Self-motivated to manage and to prioritize multiple tasks;
•Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively;
•Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
